Christine is an award-winning step, tap, jazz, ballet, and theatre-trained teacher and performer.
Specializing in Ottawa Valley Step Dance, she has performed at competitions and festivals across Canada, North America, the U.K, Europe, Australia, and Japan. After making her mark for more than a decade as a principal dancer with the internationally-acclaimed Celtic music and dance show, The Stepcrew, Christine recently returned to Japan to perform alongside legendary Irish musician, Sharon Shannon, as the feature soloist in Plankton’s ‘A Celtic Christmas’ production.
Upon returning home, Christine has since set her focus upon showcasing, not only the Irish, Scottish, and French-Canadian roots of Ottawa Valley Step Dance, but also its unique and ever-evolving nature, to a new generation of dance enthusiasts.
Christine is currently a member of TDC’s own What’s On? TAP! performance company, as well as Toronto Fringe Festival favourites, Vintage Taps.
