Elisa has been dancing since the age of 3 and started competing when she was 5. She has studied many dance forms including ballet, jazz, musical theatre, hip hop, and contemporary, but it was the intricate rhythms and grooves that drew her to tap. She began training at Ballare Performing Arts Centre in her hometown of Nobleton, Ontario, and is now very happy to train and teach here at the Tap Dance Centre. Elisa has had the blessing to dance with many of the other amazing faculty members here at the Tap Dance Centre including Kim Chalovich, Dianne Montgomery, Johnny Morin, Mackenzie Greenwell, David Cox, and many others. She is very proud to be a member of What’s on? Tap! and grateful for the opportunity to perform in many of the productions put on by the Tap Dance Centre including the Eastern Canadian Tap Conference, and travelling to Chicago for the Chicago Human Rhythm Project. Elisa is eager to share her knowledge and love of rhythm with those around her!
